I was back in Dubai last week and one of the events that I attended was for Illamasqua’s first fragrance called Freak on November 16th in Bloomingdales Dubai Mall .Illamasqua has a special place in my heart from when I worked in Bloomingdales and it was one of the brands that I managed. I am completely and utterly obsessed with their make-up and so was eagerly anticipating what the fragrance would smell like. To launch the fragrance in Dubai was  Illamsqua’s joint MD Joe Corre who also happens to be the co-founder of Agent Provocateur and of course you might have heard of his mother Vivienne Westwood! Also in attendance was perfume designer Azzi Glasser who describes Freak is a concoction of dangerously exotic unconventional flowers that Illamasqua has unashamedly blended together to celebrate the night. I don’t think I could have described it better myself.

Not to disappoint Illamasqua had amazing performers doing almost impossible acrobats on the escalators of Bloomingdales and plenty of free make-overs with the very talented make-up artists from the brand.

I am so in love with this fragrance and have had so many good comments from people wanting to know what I am wearing.
